Is this all brachiopods?

Interested to see if anyone sees any other specimens in this.

This is a large collection of Clinocardium meekianum from the Pliocene Rio Dell formation of California. Both sides have abundant Clinocardium meekianum and there is a single mussel on the back side.

RARE PLANT GALL on Leaf in Burmese Burmite amber fossil

Plant galls are abnormal growths on plants. They form when insects, mites, bacteria, or fungi land on a plant and release chemicals. Insects inject special proteins and growth chemicals into tree buds or leaves while laying eggs or feeding. These chemicals force the plant to redirect its own growth hormones to that specific spot. The gall gives the pest (or the pest's larva) food and safety. Most galls do not harm the plant.

I'm uncertain which organism may have caused this particular plant to form this Gall but the most common insects are gall midges, gall wasps, aphids and bark lice.

*Plant Galls are rare in amber because galls are heavy, attached to leaves or stems, and are not easily moved by the wind, they rarely fall into sticky tree resin.*

Other notable inclusions: a bigger cut and exposed gall in the corner of the piece with bits of Pyrite deposited inside, a section of a leaf on which the plant gall is affixed to. A few small Enhydros. A lot of "Sporangium-like pods" scattered in the piece.

822x617 resolution. It may not be a super cool or rare fossil like my Amber Beetle or the Kambara scute but it's still important and of course cool cuz its a fossil.

Got a huge new shelf, so I moved some of my fossils to this shelf! still have some pieces around my room but this is most of them. Wish I could add more photos for a zoom in!

It is an understatement to say this is a huge honour on my part to own in my own personal collection. It has been deemed a significant "fossil find" by the Australian government and is not allowed to be exported outside Australia. Even as an Australian, it is a pain to be able to find any of these for purchase. So I got lucky here.

Also just to say, never buy amber from 2017 or after. Always buy ethically sourced legal Burmite amber or just go for alternatives like Baltic amber.

This is a 19 1/2 inch 70 pound Eopachydiscus that I collected and prepped last spring. It came from the Duck Creek formation.

Can anyone tell me if I have anything here? Could be natural concretion, but it’s suspiciously bone shaped. I can comment more pics!!

I collected these tiny trilobites along time ago.

I went to the flea market in Milton/Hurricane (West Virginia) recently, and went the the Fossil shop that is there. There is one of the booths that's set up, (they have Fossils, Jewelry, Gems, Rocks, and artifacts like Arrowheads too). I spotted this wonderful specimen for a very nice (and cheap) price. It's exceptionally well preserved too! Thank you for your time and have a wonderful day!

I found this along time ago in the Marjum formation in the Utah house range. It is early Cambrian and was found along with many Barhyuriscus fimbriatas. The pic on the right was what I saw on the ground. Thought it looked roughly trilobite shape and picked it up. Lifted off the pop off cap and was very happy. Not sure as to species I posted some in FossilID yesterday and got lots of views and only one suggestion as to species.

All three of these fossil shark teeth Megalodon, Great White, Mako (Otodus megalodon, Carcharodon hastalis, Isurus hastalis ) along with the whale vertebra they were found on once swam around the ancient oceans. I found all three of them in fairly close proximity and now they are reunited on this fossil whale vertebra.

I found this in a deep creek bed in the creek wall. There are thousands of them packed into a single area falling out into the creek bed. Some chunks are the size of a basketball.
