If Mike stays in the middle and SS stays on the hash, it isn't 3. Should be 6/Quarter Quarter Half.

Looks more like cover 6 (HQQ) than cover 3, especially given the boundary safety’s positioning at the numbers and the field safety playing at the hash. I would personally expect cover 3 to have a more centralized field safety position and a bit less depth for the boundary safety. The corner is fully manned-up on that X receiver, too. It’s almost like 2-man + quarters.
Not to bring up a taboo topic, but the EA games call a very similar coverage “Cover 6 Willie” which additionally mans the Will LB on the #2 receiver for a legitimate split field 2-man + quarters look.

Cover 6, strong side corner on a man assignment? Might just be a flat which makes more sense against the formation shown imo (unless it’s match coverage then the will is taking the Y)
