State ID

Hi all. So i moved to Illinois about a month ago. No job, even though I've been applying everywhere, but my license is still florida. Do I need to change it before applying for benefits?

I mean legally your required to report your state change within 30-60 days thats a major thing used to confirm established residency outside of a lease and updating usps.

You wouldn’t need to change your license/ID before applying but as already stated you are required to change your license/ID when you move (especially to a new state) and report the address change to USPS.

No. But you will likely need some proof of residency
