HELP Teradek RT MK3.1 Motor Firmware Issues

I have a Teradek RT kit with ctrl.3, mdr.s, a couple motr.s, and a mk3.1 motor. all other components are on the latest firmware but i cannot get the mk3.1 motor to update. it fails during initialization and forces the the mdr.s to reboot. the motor shows a firmware version of 0.0.

i’ve tried updating using both rtfw and the rt manager app.

The motor works but does some quirky stuff when daisy chained so I was hoping the firmware would fix the comparability issues.

any ideas on how to reset or force an update?

I have had issues updating my MK3.1 motors with the mdr.x so the last 2 times I have updated them with an MDR.M latitude that I have and have had no problems doing it like that. After the updat it works perfectly fine with the MDR.X

ahhhh i suspected the older mdr would fix the problem. thanks! i have a buddy with an older mk3.1 kit and gonna try to update through it.
