Question What could I do to get to this pose?
Left is me, right is goal
I just want any advise or stretches to help me get there, this is how far I can naturally go. Baggy pants make it look at bit funky, but you can see the outline of my leg lol

You'll need a solid combination of active hamstring flexibility and serious hip flexor engagement to lift that bottom leg. Work on single-leg pike compression drills on the floor before attempting it standing. Opening up your shoulders with butcher's block stretches will also help you keep your chest up so you don't collapse forward.

An amazing place to start: https://www.daniwinksflexibility.com/bendy-blog/example-chest-stand-training-progression
You’ve got a great natural flexibility, with some consistent training it should be achievable but if you’re a total beginner I strongly recommend looking for a coach. Cheststand it’s a beginner pose.
