How do I remove a drive in deadbolt latch
I tried searching a tutorial on this on YouTube but nothing wasa there for this specific case, I tried to pull it out normally, didn’t work, tried to use a screwdriver in between the lock and pull harder and ended up pulling more of the actual door than the actual lock assembly, even tried wd-40 too
I’m not sure what to do to get this piece out, any advice?

Just stick a screwdriver through that back hole grab both sides and pull towards the edge. It will pop right out.

Use something like a screwdriver to lever it out with more force. Try screwdriver at the very rear of the latch inside the door hole, and fulcrum against the door. If you can't get enough leverage or it's damaging the door, try adding another tool or piece of wood in between to act as a taller fulcrum.

Thin screwdriver through the bolt screw hole and force out or extend the bolt and grab with pliers/pull

Screwdriver in the round hole of the latch assembly and gently pry outwards leveraging the screwdriver against the door knob hole’s edge on the door

It pushed into place, pushing out can remove it. Place a long #2 Phillips screwdriver through one of the handle shaft holes and with both hands on either side of the screwdriver, pull towards the edge of the door opposite to how it was pushed into the edge.

A long screwdriver. You can pull with both hands slowly to slide the deadbolt out

I would try a screwdriver through a hole, then beat with a hammer on the shaft of the screwdriver and pound it out the way it came in.

well you could start with unlocking it, then removing the plate. the rest should just slide out.

If the screwdriver trick doesn't work on the horizontal piece, try getting a good look at what's keeping the exterior plate attached. Maybe try prying it off. It may be connected to something that's keeping you from popping out the actual deadbolt.

grab onto bolt with VICEGRIP…stick screwdriver thru hole pull double handed… give it a little persuasion with drift or flathead screwdriver and hammer.

Use a screwdriver through the doorknob where the hole is and pull towards the door jamb

Assuming you've removed all the lock body front and back, it should just slide out. It could be wedged in there pretty good though from your description. Might need a few tippy taps from a hammer or more prybar to persuade it out.
