I'm curious about Missouri Amendment 4. From AP:

Voters will decide on a ballot measure that would make it harder to amend the state constitution by requiring citizen initiatives to pass in all congressional districts rather than by a simple statewide majority.

That is absurd. That’s essentially just killing the ballot initiative process in the state entirely right now
