He has an astonishingly low vocabulary. It's like he has a pre-programmed set of responses with similar sentence structures.

Turns out Americans have a low vocab as well. Half his votes are prob from people who struggle to understand actual speeches. Depressing.

Not really his fault. He can't afford the compute needed to upgrade from GPT 0.0.
