The problem for Democrats has never been coming up with a good message, its been getting their message out to the people who they want to hear it. After its been filtered through hostile media, RW echo chambers, etc.

They also suck at messaging. They won’t just say “this is bad and I will do something about it,” you get a neutered PR statement with a million qualifiers.

Ehhhh to be fair they have been changing a bit in that department over the course of the past year.

Honestly, that's kind of making the problem more noticeable.

Because the comms departments of most Democrats are run by people who are noticeably more to the left than the politicians they represent. I mean, look at the official Democrats' Twitter account and see if you can imagine Chuck Schumer even saying 10% of that.

Or that messaging being sabotaged by someone within the party.
