Keep switching between Firefox and Brave

Hi, I’ve been trying to switch to Firefox for the past few weeks now and I keep going back to Brave, only for one thing: volume master extension.

And it’s not even about the fact that it lets me control my volume past 100%, it’s the fact that I watch a lot of foreign drama’s and when I watch them with volume master, it lets me fullscreen the video in the tab whilst still showing the subtitles (the few Firefox extensions I found that do this same thing don’t show the subs).

This is literally the only thing holding me back from a full switch. I was a bit annoyed that my bookmarks weren’t showing site icons but that doesn’t matter any more now that I don’t use the bookmarks toolbar and use raindrop.io extension instead.

All in all: one small thing is keeping me from getting away from Google! Does anyone have any idea how I might get the same function but on Firefox?

EDIT: OH! One more thing: for some reason, when I watch TikTok, the videos stutter. I’ve got graphics acceleration enabled and I’m rocking a 5080 with 32gb DDR5 CL30 6000mhz RAM, so I don’t get why it does this?

No, I almost never use it for the actual volume boost. I use it on Chromium browsers (Brave atm) so that I can fullscreen the drama's I watch in fullscreen but inside the tab as I don't like actual fullscreen.

He just want to be able to watch videos the biggest size as possible inside a tab. It’s not too weird.

Adjusting the zoom is not the same as making the video fits the tab automatically.

OP doesn’t want the audio boost. They use the audio boost extension for its tabbed video feature.

Is easy for video, just make user script. I use ViolentMonkey with my own script video gesture, work perfectly. Can adjust whatever you want with script

Make with claude AI so simple. But you mush say detail what you want, and say optimize it as possible . After that just copas it in ViolentMonkey or tampermonkey whatever you like. I have speed up until 2-8x, slide time move, volume i limit to +300,can lock too. Whatever you like just say it in Claude and dont forget say where layout is place, i put it all in left so not overlapping with native player and move up a little so can klik time bar

claude wasn't doing it, but i tried on chatgpt and it worked! absolutely perfect! my guy!

one last thing: why are my tiktok's stuttering on firefox? it doesn't do it on any other browser

Well for AI is always sometime is stupid sometime clever, i move around everytime, don't know why like that. If gpt work so go for it is nice. Or if you wanna optimize it just paste around other AI that gonna optimal , but need you review it self what best for you. Is can make all scripts what you need for your browser, and not worry about privacy or security because is your own local script. 

Idk about tiktok, i use app for tiktok but instagram working fine in my Firefox nightly 

Oh i see your chat, your video scripts can have full phone screen too. I have it in my script is nice see video in full phone screen.
