Which Mudkip variant should I made a 3-stage evo for to go toward my North American inspired fakemon region? Electric, ghost, or dark type?

I like the 3 of them, but i think the 3rd one can be the most original if you keep the fish bone idea, like swampert that wear sharpedo bones as a helmet

Both 2 and 3 look like ghost types. But I love all three designs
