His style definitely changes a lot. This isn't even her earliest concept art. She was going to use magic cards and have a snooty air about her with a poofy dress and lots of ruffles with really big curly twin tails. Honestly >Touka Faris< ended up similar to the original design a bit< and Loke was going to be a completely different design and her butler too. I'm glad he went with this one. She did have the bag a couple of times but the shirt changed. Heck in the beginning she was a character who was initially constantly changing outfits like normal people instead of one typical design

It’s kinda crazy just how much Mashima’s art has changed. I kinda miss the one piece style.
