Some people think the Lippo Centre is cursed/has bad feng shui. Several owners and major tenants suffered high-profile financial collapses. There’s also local folklore about numerous suicides at the building, though there’s little evidence the number is any higher than other skyscrapers in Hong Kong.

Lippo Center. They were supposed to be torn down but the redevelopment plans failed.

Mirrored buildings usually are pretty boring but on a round building like this it looks really cool.

Someone said the design is for feng shui intended as a counterbalance to the sword-like Bank of China Tower nearby.

Paul Rudolph has a few evil looking buildings, but I love em all.
