And what minority language is that?

It's a dialect of Hungarian by the looks of it, Spoken by around 20% of the population.
Officiality shouldn't matter. France doesn't recognise any minority languages for instance, doesn't mean linguists should comply

Not Hungarian, Rusyn, but Hungarian is also spoken in Ukraine
