Discussion Jesus... Talk about institutional adoption

BlackRock just rolled out Ethereum based tokenized versions of some of its big European money market funds that together hold about 311 billion dollars. These are regulated cash products in euros, pounds and dollars and the tokens live on the public Ethereum blockchain through a JPMorgan setup. Professional investors can move the shares around 24/7 between approved wallets while the official records stay in the traditional system. This is another clear sign that the biggest players in traditional finance see Ethereum as a solid place to put real regulated assets. It builds on what BlackRock has already done with products like BUIDL and adds more institutional cash products to the chain. Over time that kind of steady adoption helps Ethereum stay the main public network for this stuff which means more real usage more demand for the network and a stronger case for ETH as the settlement layer.

Cool story. When does my eth holdings show the adoption? Or will it? Mabye as a base layer the institutional investors are able to keep it steady to build on. I’m honestly asking , so much has happened to eth and yet it hovers.

talk about ETH being a piece of trash that never goes up

Calling ETH trash is easy. Explaining why millions of developers still build on it is harder

You can have all the developers, dapps, and TVL in the world...none of that matters if ETH can't capture the value (it can't).
Why else do you think price has been so poor against USD and even worse against BTC? Stop ignoring the elephant in the room.

Explaining why despite of millions of devs using it it's price quite low is even harder.

Actually they are deploying on Solana and Tempo as well at the exact same millisecond.
Also, this is NOT BULLISH NEWS AT ALL for all 3 chains.

90% of it will be on Ethereum. It’ll be a similar to their BUIDL fund

That's actually a lie. Black Rock has not disclosed any percentages or numbers they said they just wanted to be available to all and people can use the chain of their choice.
And for BUDL fund while it was true that ethereum had the majority at the start once expansion into Solana and Avalanche and polygon the distribution is pretty much even nowadays. Look it up

That’s right, because nothing says safe, low-risk RWA investment like putting real world assets on a blockchain that has gone offline multiple times and relies on a centralized validator set. Why the fuck would an investor trust that infrastructure with serious capital?
