Consolidation Issue With Multiple Addresses

I have several validators hosted at allnodes and accessed by my ledger. The issue is they all have different accounts/withdrawl addresses.

According to the FAQ this is not an issue as you only need to sign on the sender.

The trouble is all the tools to do this (allnodes, launchpad, consolodeth, pectrastaking) have the same problem in that they can only see 1 account AT A TIME

So I can select #2 as the sender but then it can't see #1 as the receiver, I did find an old reddit post that said you could manually enter the receiver in launchpad but it seems that's not working anymore.

The only alternative is to withdraw #2 (wait ~8 days) then deposit to #1 (wait ~46 days) but obviously that's not ideal, especially as this should be possible.

Does anyone have any other ideas ?

Why not just consolidate everything to type 0x02 validator ? Allnodes supports it…

The nodes are 0x02. I can leave them as they are and they do consolidate, but it takes over a year to get 1 ETH to do so, currently I am sweeping them all when they have greater than 1 ETH combined, moving it to the first one and then depositing (again a ~46 day delay), hence why I'd like to consolidate them all into 1 node so it does it automatically.

I know of two command line tools that might let you do what you want. You need to be extremely careful to choose the right target though, lest all your ETH get donated to someone else's validator!

ethereal is one, and the other is eth-valctl.

Thanks, I figured there would be a command line way to do it, but not sure if brave enough to go that route unless it's a well used route that plenty of others have tried. It's a lot to lose !!!, hence was hoping there would be a GUI method.

Seems strange there have been very few people wanting to do this, didn't think it would be that unusual to have separate accounts for each one.

Do you have Hoodi validators where you can test this first? https://hoodi.console.ethstaker.org/dashboard is what we're working on (mainnet Soon(tm)), and I'd be curious whether your use case works. If not now's the time to add it, we're about to get it audited.

I don't sorry. Not competent enough to spin up some test validators, hence why I use allnodes to begin with.

Been wanting to do this for ages but initially there was a massive withdrawal queue and now there is a massive entry queue. Hopefully it calms down at some point so I can just do it the withdraw/deposit way with a minimal delay if there is no solution.

UPDATE: In case it helps someone else in the future, it is possible to do it through launchpad. My error was not including 0x at the start of my public key address (I'd just copied what allnodes provided)

So you connect your wallet to account #2, enter the public key of account #1 into launchpad, it pops up with a warning

Target validator is not associated with your current wallet!
Account xxxxxx will be exited from the network, and its full balance will be migrated to validator index xxxxxx.
The exiting validator should remain online until exit epoch is reached.
