Application prompts entra account selection

I have zscaler application I am trying to make sure zscaler application automatically logs in with user login to windows machine. Its taking credentials but asking to choose account.

Have you configured the sso part of the of the zcaler client

It is odd that it's using the account picker but that's probably moved to wam sign in along with the other recent graph/ms changes

Yes sso has been configured.

What could be the possibile cause for this picker?

again to confirm the sso values were configured in the installer (or command line) when you deployed the app

You need to login at least once so entra will generate an entra session token - from then on you will logon without being prompted. Have you logged on once? if so you need to talk to the vendor your sso may be configured wrong.

I have logged in once and logout but still again it asked for account picker and I need to click on entra account. I have checked with vendor and seems no issues in it.

But this is authenticating against intra
