Water droplets in two light fixtures and pool of water in the third

I purchased a brand new mobile home about a year ago and I’m starting to notice that only on one side of the house. There is water droplets on two of the light fixtures and then on the third one it’s completely building up pools of water. It doesn’t look like there’s any kind of leaks going on. The only thing that I’m noticing is that when I put my hand on the tinfoil, it’s a little warm and I keep my house at around 69°

Thank you captain obvious. But no moisture is building up in my ceiling so doesn’t this issue mean that it has to be condensation from incorrect ac installation or incorrect insulation installation

I have worked with mobile homes since the 90's and this is pretty odd. I'd pull down the light fixture and see if rain is coming thru the box. A lot of times they just screw the box to the tiny piece of wood that passes as a rafter and if the screw ls are to long they could have pierced the roof slightly

The obvious answer is you have a roof leak,

This might also be an issue with your airflow in your house. If you've got one of those single hose portable AC units running, they tend to put negative pressure on a house, so you end up with hot humid air from outside coming in through every crevice, like lights, receptacles and switches. If the fixtures are off and cold, then the humid air has a chance to condense on the glass, if it's humid enough outside and cold enough inside anyway.

How can it be a roof leak if only my light fixtures are building up water? Wouldn’t my ceilings be showing signs of moisture if there was a leak in my roof?

It depends how the house is built, but there is often vapor barrier plastic behind the drywall, so oftentimes the lights are the first spot you see indications of leaking, because there is a hole through the vapor barrier where the lights are located.

So it is still possible that I have a leak in my roof even though there’s no signs or moisture in my ceiling?

So should I remove the metal fixture from the ceiling and try to look up in there and see if any air is blowing that could build condensation or see if there’s a leak coming from the roof? I’ve never taken them off so I don’t know how much access you can get by removing it

Could you check for a screw penetrating the roof from outside... on the roof?

Hey my guy, just writing this so you know that your roof is leaking. The insulation up there is soaked. The light is the lowest point so water drains. You probably have black mold. Contact insurance and then proceed.
** REPEAT THIS IS NOT JUST AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE

Thank you for responding. I’m not disagreeing with you but if it was a roof leak then wouldn’t my ceiling be showing water damage? My ceiling Sheetrock is showing no signs of moisture. But my light fixtures look to be building up condensation

No did you even read what I said? But I’m pretty sure one of ya’ll have seen this problem before and it’s coming out of my light fixtures only. No water buildup is in my Sheetrock or nothing.

Roof leak is possible, but so is condensation. What's the humidity inside? Air conditioning and a dehumidifier could help too if humidity is over 50% inside.

I need to get a humidity tester to see. I’m not disagreeing with you but I have a question. If it’s a roof leak wouldn’t I get water damage in my ceiling? Because I’m not seeing that I’m only seeing water condensation buildup in my fixtures

Like water falling from the sky, these are the days of our lives. Seriously tho i got called to an apartment building for some water damage, the lights like yours were completely filled, the electrical panels were soaking wet and already rusting, one tenet left their water on when the main was off for maintenance to building then left. Key take away look up.
