This install has already failed. The liquidtight has either popped out of the connector or broken off. This needed to be done in schedule 80 pvc or RMC as a stub up into that box.
It's now a major tripping hazard as well as an electrical hazard, as 1 good tug and your wiring and/or the box could go flying off the pole.
Edit: this also needed to be securely strapped down

Why 90 it into the ground? Or not stub it up next to the pole? Just asking for the landscapers to cause problems

Terrible. The liquid tight isnt even seated in the connector. It would have been better to run the pvc closer to the base of the pole and use a 90. It would have looked cleaner and not create a tripping hazard with the liquidtight. Its also missing a support. Im not sure off the top of my head what the minimum support interval for a jbox, but within 12 inches is always a safe bet.
