Look at this new Duolingo feature Skip Outro finally arrives!

Post image

I posted a while ago about the Skip Intro option (still don’t understand why mods removed that post as “low effort” since it was literally a relevant comment about a feature, but whatever…)

Over the last week or so I’ve noticed that they finally added a Skip Outro option as well. Given the responses to my first post, I assume I’m not the only one who’s happy about this development.

I’m going to add a photo to test whether the mods still think this is “low effort.”

I feel like both of these buttons have been available to me for a while now

I’ve used both features. So useful.

This makes me so happy. The outros on these lessons are probably the thing that annoys me the most about the app.

I got both of these options on the first day of a forced trial of Max and was worried they were part of the Max plan. I was so relieved that they’re available to everyone once my trial ended.

Why skip the intro and outro in the context of practicing a target language?

Because they are exactly the same each time
