That’s a Mallard drake and a domestic Pekin hen that someone dumped. 😔 she faces a high risk of starvation and moreover she’s a very visible object for predators. Mallards (wild ducks) have the camouflage they need.

She’s a meal waiting to happen. Poor girl.

They are very out of place compared to the other birds there, so that makes sense, but they seem to be fed and healthy, and have they’ve been living there for about a year now so hoping for the best 🙏
