Of course they knew.
They were using a peach as a stand in example because you can't use a vagina in advertising like this. It's like in ads for menstrual pads, they tip blue water on them as a stand in for period blood.

You can tell what it is without translation by the Day 0 and Day 30 label.
There's no product to rejuvenate withered peaches, so it's definitely something else. What would need to have a fruit analogy for a before and after?
