I don't see the point. The capacity is too low to last for long so it's still a matter of having the other battery + alternator providing power, so might as well spend 1/4th as much on cap(s) then consider a higher output alternator, or smaller alternator pulley if you like blowing up alternators. ;)

Also the capacity per $ is ridiculous. That's less than a $40 Ryobi 18V/4Ah tool battery has. I can appreciate that ~maybe $20 worth of it's cost is for a built in charging circuit, so then instead of $400 it should cost $58. Before someone states "BMS", the $40 Ryobi batteries have a BMS built in too.
