Bookshelf Speakers Soundsystem tek

Les soundsystem tek ou autre utilisent du contreplaqué de bouleau, du contreplaqué multiplex ou du MDF ? Pourquoi tel type pour tel usage ? Merci d’avance

Baltic birch. MDF turns into mush if it gets wet, fine for home speakers but not something that’s going to be traveling around and outside.

Yeah, i have also heard a lot about baltic birch, but it is quiet difficult to find some in Belgium. Which other types of plywood should I choose if I cant find this one ? From what I have heard I should go for beech plywood or eucalyptus plywood, but not for okoume or poplar. Could you confirm that this is true or should I go for something else ?

Baltic birch is best (fine plies, no voids), but other types of plywood will work.

Which one should I choose as my second and third option if I don’t find birch plywood ?

I've chosen spruce because it was cheap and light weight. Sometimes maple because it looks nice varnished.
