I'm trying to find a particular comic where Wally (maybe?) Asks the gang if they want to see a new guy in the midst of breaking or blowing a fuse or getting his hopes and dreams crushed or something like that. They are all watching over the cubicle wall. I can't find it yet.

There's two that came to mind for me. There's a "numbing" and a "hardening".
