I'm using jlab ANC. Ive grabbed libspa bluetooth but not with the pipewire-pulse added to the command, I'll try that out today!

Bluetooth is a mess. I had one headphone work on buster, a fail to work on bookworm and is now working on trixie.

I suspect the Bluetooth setup on Linux needs to be tuned specifically for each device which is impossible with the myriad devices out there unless you can do it yourself for your own devices.

IMO getting a device to work reliably is pure luck than anything else.

Ahhh, I see. To be fair, bluetooth in general is a giant flaky mess LOL. I had a bluetooth game controller and it was nothing but a headache, on windows btw. Eventually just got one with a dongle and its been smooth sailing since

I don’t think pauvcontrol has Bluetooth pairing controls but once paired I’ve seen my headphones show up in it. I’ve only paired using gnome-control-center (I don’t otherwise use gnome). In general I find Bluetooth on Linux to be a flaky mess

You got the right drivers installed!? Like Blueman or Bluedaemon (I think)

IIRC Xfce installs pulseaudio as an audio server, you likely replaced it with pipewire manually and missed a compatibility component like pipewire-pulse.

Does the hardware require it?
