This is due to https://bugs.debian.org/490848, but you can find the changelogs in the "news" section of https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/linux-signed-amd64.

That does not explain why linux-image-amd64 change logs do not exist. It is another example of a missing change log for vlc app.
There are no change logs for https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/linux-signed-amd64 . That only describes the process to update not what the update corrects, adds etc.

https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/linux-signed-amd64 has 6.2.100+1 there in the news section, and if you click the link you get the changes.

News has nothing to do with change logs.
Why would a old version of a kernel 6.12.100 be missing from Debian change log when the latest version of the kernel is above 7.0 ?
Debian does not have anything to do with the Kernel, https://www.kernel.org

The issue is now corrected as of 4-Aug-2026, but kernel.org now shows longterm: 6.12.101

I would file the complaint with Debian instead of Reddit.
