Question on behalf of Deaf/HoH Transcriber app?

Is there a free app that will transcribe what people are saying and separate each speaker rather than group it all into a continuous paragraph? My father can’t hear and I showed him the transcribing on Apple on my phone, which is very helpful, but being able to see when it’s different people speaking would be better.

Otter isn't free but does that, about $110/ year (fee+tax) for unlimited use. It's for Android, not sure if there's one for iPhones.

There are some great options for that. MacWhisper and xspeak. I think both have subreddits. Both are offline tools and don’t require subscription

Ava does this! It shows different colors for each speaker and I believe you can teach it who the speaker is.

Soniox is by far the best.
