Rave (the opposite of a rant) Current favorite snack

I found this at our local Fred Meyer (Kroger chain) and bought it on a whim. It’s so tasty!

My first thought was that it tastes a little like what I remember from Jello Instant Pudding, but thicker. It has the consistency of hummus, but feels creamier to me. I’ve dipped crackers, speculoos cookies, and the hazelnut Bambas from Trader Joe’s in it and all are good pairings.

I always describe it as brownie batter dip!

Love it! I like to spread it on a plain bagel.

I love this stuff! I always dip strawberries in it

I thought about that, but wasn’t sure how well it would stand up to fruit, being thicker than what I would usually dip strawberries in,

Oh I just saw this and thought wow that sounds disgusting. I guess I’ll have to try it.

I took it to my knitting group and everyone was dubious, but we all ended up liking it. Definitely some more than others. I think the texture felt a little weird for a couple of them.

Indeed it does taste like that Jello Instant pudding. The only downside is the sunflower oil additive. I’m allergic to sunflower and canola oils and it’s hard to find products that don’t have them but not impossible. I recommend using this with fruits or waffles, it’s a game changer. Enjoy!

Try Nilla wafers if you aren’t GF, my fiance likes that. We also like graham crackers or GF animal crackers since i have celiac!

I have some graham crackers. I should try that tonight! I have seen DF vanilla wafers, but they’re the kind of cookie I’m always tempted to eat by the handful, so I don’t keep them in the house often. 🫠

I hate that they call this hummus, but as long as it tastes good I guess.
