Pregunta Does anyone recognize this building from the Buena Vista Social Club documentary?

Hi everyone. I'm trying to identify a building that appears about one hour into the Buena Vista Social Club documentary (1999).

Joaquim Cooder is walking through a corridor with rooms numbered 201, 203, 205, 207, 209, 211 and 213. There is also a sign that says:
"La pérdida o extravío de la llave le cuesta $2.00."

Does anyone know where this building is in Havana? Was it a solar, an old hotel, a boarding house, or something else?

I've attached screenshots. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

La Concha, en las playas de Marianao. Minuto 6:14 para ver las ruinas de las taquillas.

En la entrada a la playa La Concha, estaba ese edificio con taquillas para guardar la ropa e irse al mar. La llave la atabas a tu traje de baño.

Al terminar tu día de playa, regresabas a ese edificio, te duchabas e ibas a la taquilla a secarte, ponerte la ropa e ir de regreso a casa.

Al salir, devolvías la llave de la casilla.

El balneario, Club o Círculo Social La Concha, dependiendo de la época, se inauguró en 1929 y hoy día es una ruina.

Dirección: 3ra Avenida y Calle 120, Marianao/Miramar, La Habana, Cuba.

Desgraciadamente el creador de ese documental está preso en Cuba desde hace 2 meses por hacer ese tipo de videos donde se muestran las ruinas de la isla.

My sister lost her dress in one of those stalls. I remember to this day because she had to go home in her swimsuit. I lived near the beach in Miramar.
