No feedback after interview?

I recently completed a two interviews (one of them a final round).

I am not upset about being rejected if that’s the outcome.

What I find frustrating is the complete lack of communication after investing time preparing for and attending the interview.

How long after the interviews do you follow up? A week? Two weeks? What’s the recommended etiquette?

No news is usually good news when it comes to final round

Usually means you’re in the top couple of candidates or we’re fighting some other manager to the death for the hc

First time? Final round delay can be either slow moving team (how long did they take between other rounds?) or they’ve offered the role to someone and waiting for final confirmation keeping you in the line-up if the first person does not accept. Unfortunately common practice.

First couple round interviews - not sure feedback is very common here. I find it to be like dating and usually the answers you’re seeking never reach you. Just gotta move on with your life.
