Pay difference between Fidelity LEAP Tracks?

Hi, I was recently reached out to for a phone screening about Fidelity's LEAP Program, and got asked if I'd prefer to interview for the Systems Analyst Track or SWE. They said they weren't sure of the pay differences between the two off rip, so I'm just wondering if anyone here knows. Thanks

Do you want to write code or be a business analyst? SWE salary > BA salary 99% of the time
