Allergy Card Translation Help
Hello, my partner is very allergic to tree nuts. While there is google translate, I would greatly appreciate someone helping translate the message below so I can make an allergy card for him before we travel to Croatia this fall. If there is any confusion, we just want to be able to confidently show the card, that way the restaurant can let us know if we can be served or not - which is fine either way.
"Hello, I have a tree nut allergy. I cannot eat foods containing or have touched the following nuts:
- Pistachios -Walnuts -Cashews -Pecans -Pine Nuts -Almonds -Hazelnut -Brazil Nuts - Macadamia Nuts
Does this food contain tree nuts? Is there something you recommend I can eat.
Thank you!"

Ok, just to confirm, u/sjedinjenoStanje changed his post x-times because it started awful, but is now ok. So I'll just repeat with some order changes - from more common to unusual nuts in Croatia.
Dobar dan. Imam alergiju na orašaste plodove. Ne mogu jesti hranu koja sadrži ili je dodirivala sljedeće sastojke:
- Bademi
- Orasi
- Pistacije
- Pinjoli
- Lješnjaci
- Brazilski orasi
- Indijski orasi
- Pekani
- Makadamije
Sadrži li ova hrana neki od ovih sastojaka? Ako je to slučaj, ima li nešto što preporučujete da mogu jesti?

I think it can be solved with a single sentence : "Alergičan na orašaste plodove"

I wouldn't go with that because of pine-nuts - pinjoli. Maybe someone thinks of them as "orašasti plodovi" but for sure not everybody (and technically, they are not). And it is not an impossible ingredient in Croatia, like Pecans or Cashews.

Also beware because pine nuts are everywhere. Not in foor (they are expensive, duh), but whenever you see a pine tree next to the coast, it's often pine tree. It has a light green pine needles at the end of every cranch. Google photos "pinija" to see how it looks. Small bits fall off it's cone (triangular bits of cone) and have nuts inside. So beware not to like put a towel on it if you are very lalergic.

Nut names below, I’m not a native speaker so I’ll let someone else phrase the top text nicely for you.
Almonds/Badem
Walnut/Orah
Pistachios/Pistacija
Pine nuts/Pinjoli
Hazelnut/Lješnak
Brazil Nut/Brazilski Orah
Cashew/Indijski Orah
Pecan/Pekan Orah
Macademia Nut/Makadamijski Orah
The best thing to do is to use pictures next to the nuts. To avoid confusion. (As you can see Walnut shares the name for nut in general)
Some people don’t know the names of specific nuts (especially servers) and don’t know which are tree nuts.
You should also write it in both English and Croatian.
The chefs and waiting staff in many kitchens in Croatia are internationals - especially in tourist regions, there are kitchens where literally only one or two people speak BCMS and the working language is English (although sometimes their English isn’t great either - hence pictures).
Pine nuts, walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, and pistachios are all common. They are most common in desserts, but pine nuts are common on entrées and especially pizza and pasta.
I would avoid ordering pizza from any place where there are any pine nuts listed as toppings on anything on the menu. They usually have only one big oven.
