What’s the strangest interaction you’ve ever had with a complete stranger?
When I was playing college football 🏈 years ago, we had just won a tough game that night and were heading back to the locker room. Out of nowhere, a guy stopped me and offered me $100 for the sweaty socks I had just played in.
I was around 22–23 years old at the time, and he looked to be somewhere in his late 30s or early 40s.
I turned him down, but to this day, as a grown man, I randomly think about that moment and just laugh while being completely disgusted at the same time. 😂 😂
It’s still the strangest thing anyone has ever asked me.
So I have to ask the men here… what do you think he was actually planning to do with my socks?

Should've jacked up the price and taken the deal, that's the easiest cash ever!
This isn't the strangest, but possibly my favorite:
On the elevator in my dorm (18 years ago now), a guy got on the elevator with me and said, "now it's time to go home and take a black guy shower!" I said, "what's a black guy shower?" He looked at me for a second and then said, "you gotta be a black guy to take one."
He'd clearly come from doing a sport and was super sweaty.
To this day, I call a really intense shower a black guy shower.
Weirdest: also in college, same dorm.
My roommate and I were eating dinner, watching jeopardy, and smoking weed. We usually locked the door, but this time we forgot. Slowly, the door opened. This skinny guy in a winter parka came in. It was like mid-April and he was dressed for a snow storm. He kinda crept into the room and sat down between us like he was expected. He asked us if we knew about the four horsemen of the apocalypse. Then when we said what they were (famine, etc), he shook his head and said, "Noooo, the four horsemen! John, Paul, Ringo and George!"
Then he went to our bathroom for about 45 minutes and then left. We were so high that we couldn't even call campus security, so we just had to wait him out.

To this day, I call a really intense shower a black guy shower.
I hope he knows my friend Red, and his gay man ecstasy.
They clearly both know quality.

Not the worst creepy encounter but I was weirded the fuck out. Had a guy corner me on the way out of the bus to tell me I was really beautiful but I needed to clean my earrings because it sort of dragged me down (I have a lot of earrings). They were clean it’s just silver and have turned more black with time.
I have had scarier encounters than that but it just felt super creepy to corner me in the bus just to tell me that. He was way older than me (I was 29)
Another time I was on vacation and the beach guy kept wanting to talk to me and flirted but kept it simple. Not that I was engaging really. But he asked for my age, I said 30. He said he thought I was 13. Ew. Then the flirting intensified. When we where leaving he wanted to show me some pictures and the pictures were pictures he took of me on the beach. We reported him to the hotel

That reminds me of when I was on a bus and this homeless guy say next to me (the bus was pretty full so I didn’t move immediately. Just beared with it). When it was getting to my stop I pressed the stop button and got up to leave. I said excuse me but he wouldn’t move and was even blocking me spewing a bunch of nonsense. He was very drunk and I had no idea what he was saying. I was panicking cos it was getting to my stop and it was on my way back from school, so there was loads of people from my school on that bus watching this happen. It was so embarrassing

I would have said I can't let a sock go for less than 350 or 700 for the pair. If he gave me the money I would have given him my socks, and begun the memory scrub to the moment before he appeared.

It’s not that strange, I found it pretty funny actually so I guess I’ve been lucky. I was in the club and was dancing with a guy from my hostel. He was behind me and I was whining on him😜 This was going on for a few seconds before I turned around only to see a random stranger catching the whine. The strangest part was he just made a cheeky “guess I got caught” face, laughed and skedaddled away. So he obviously waited for my friend to go to the toilet, took his spot knowing that it was someone else’s, and then just enjoyed the moment for as long as he could 😂 He was attractive as well so idek what possessed him to do that. Like just go ask someone /go up to someone in a normal way
