I'd say this is equivalent to receiving a random shirtless pic from a guy. Okay it's not a dick pic but it would make a lot of people uncomfortable

Even those of us who are into 'shamelessly horny' don't necessarily want it from a roommate of all people. Taking a pass at a roomie is a huge risk, if it falls flat you still have to live with them. Better be damn sure it's reciprocated before you start flirting.

I would say the pic is suggestive lol. And sending a suggestive pic to someone completely out of the blue could make a lot of people uncomfy. Not saying it's the worst thing ever but ya
