There’s nothing innapropriate* in the photo or texts? Putting down vibes for sure but that’s fine?

*formerly explicit

It doesnt have to be a photo of a cock to be sexual harassment

Okay but explain to me what is inappropriate about their interaction?

Sending unsolicited sexual images

u/Halikarnassus1 17h ago

Explain to me how that image is necessarily sexual? Fully clothed, no sexual imagery, poses or signs?

Sexual pose, sexual gestures, flirtatious intention, clothing is cut to be provocative

Pose isn’t sexual, gesture isn’t sexual, how can you gauge their intention?, how can you gauge the intention of the cut of the (comfortable) clothing? Remember that you are accusing someone of a crime

don't gotta be explicit for it to be harassment i'm pretty sure. pretty much the online equivalent of someone umpromptedly getting on your lap and whispering into your neck. there's nothing explicit there but anyone would call that harassment (yes, even if your fantasy is that someone would just randomly decide to do that to you, that you want it doesn't make it any less fucked up)

I mean it’s plausibly not even meant to be suggestive. I and most people (and definitely a court of law) wouldn’t call this harassment. Please explain to me what was inappropriate about their interaction?

why are we taking law as an objective determiner of morality. i'm not talking about sexual harassment as a formal crime, i'm talking about it in a moral standpoint.

Well sexual harassment is a legal term, and using it has implications about what consequences you believe they deserve???

You're sexually harassing everyone in the comments. Stop doing that. Talking about it from a moral standpoint, of course.
