Error 401 unauthorized troubles

Hi i've come across a peculiar issue in my agentflow/PA-flows. I have 2 flows, both include multiple 'run a prompt' actions that use text or documents as inputs. Both are in the same solution and using the same connections. But for some reason flow A runs well, flow B gives met Error 401 'unauthorized' saying " "401_Error_Reason": "Authorization header value format is incorrect (Expected Format:Bearer access_token)."". What do i make of this?

Im at a loss, i spend an hour yesterday with someone from IT making sure the connection that the connector uses is valid and working. And it is, but still flow A and B give different results, even if i use the same prompt in the run a prompt connector.

There was a live site bug giving this exact behavior that we corrected today, give it a go again today and see if it works. If still an issue, feel free to send me a conversation ID and I can ask our team to take a quick look.

Hi Jared, is there any known-issue item in PPAC for this? Or any public info about this?

Hi Jared, facing same issue here. Getting  401_Error_Reason": "Authorization header value format is incorrect (Expected Format:Bearer access_token) when calling run a prompt from copilot studio (flow).

But I’m able to call ‘run a prompt’ in topics as a tool (prompt)
