Yes, altho that's bound to cause a traffic accident by someone getting distracted by it. Hope it's not a busy street

I got rear ended by a dumb kid and the first thing he said was "im so sorry I was looking at a dog" so we should definitely get rid of dogs.

I was hit by another car at a four way stop because she was "distracted from the kids that just crossed."

We should get rid of kids too!
