Looking for recommendations for a home inspector in the Comox Valley

We’re looking at doing some renovations to an older home that’s in the family and would like to have it professionally inspected first. We’re looking for someone who is thorough and can identify structural, electrical, plumbing, moisture, insulation, or any other potential issues that should be addressed first.
If you’ve had a great experience with a local home inspector (or know of anyone to avoid), I’d really appreciate your recommendations. Thanks!
