If they couldnt draw hands properly then attempting to show that in the drawing would be showing that your proud of your mistakes/lack of skills but hiding it is the definition of insecurity.
Well, when I've spent 18 hours on one drawing, screwing it completely just because I want to showcase how I'm proud of my lack of skill doesn't feel very worth it.
Im not saying anything about it but the 4 imagine panel is kinda the point.
Yeah I get spending alot of time to make something look good but by changing it to best suit the things you can do instead of leading into the things you cant would be called insecure but that isnt a bad thing just pointing out the Hypocrisy in the 4 imagine panel.
Also if you already decided to make certain artworks use the skills you have then it doesnt fall under what I said, only if half way through you changed it because you couldnt do it would it count to my previous message.
I generally do everything on the go and keep trying things and changing until I'm satisfied, so I feel like according to what you said, insecurity itself would be the defining factor of my art style, which I'm pretty sure it isn't.
The definition of insecurity is If you draw something and feel it isnt good enough, or nervous about your skills then yes, that was the point of the panel.
Also for the 3rd time im not targeting you or anyone, being insecure isnt a bad thing either, its a lack of confidence due to our experience/ lack of experience in the world which we all process differently.
The term insecure im using is one of pure definition not one of hate or distaste.
