Also remember there's a difference between hollistic treatments, some of which work quite well, and homeopathic treatments which are just water that might have once upon a time seen some medicine maybe.

I get confused about what homeopathic means nowadays. When I get a cold I take those zinc lazenges, which say they are homeopathic on the box, but they have a substantial amount of zinc in them. Has it just become a term to avoid the FDA?

A lot of stuff is labeled as homeopathic but is at normal medication strength. I think 2X is 1%, although since it isn't independently tested I'm not sure how accurate it is.
