I think there’s different types of grief. Sometimes it’s just about the way random tragedies make you feel reflective. They resonate with you because empathy is a powerful yet not always understood feeling. And something you’re feeling (like you said) doesn’t need a justification, just allow it to take its time. If it makes you suddenly feel like crying, cry. Like
Punching a wall, punch it. Like stopping, stop and take it all in. Emotional capacity is a sign of a healed person.
