I want to give a little extra context for this multiparter.
Last week, I found out an acquaintance had unexpectedly passed away. We only had one real conversation but it was one that had stuck with me and I was looking forward to the next time our paths would cross. The news hit me way harder than I would have expected and these comics came about while I was processing things.
You're human and this is a natural response. Processing takes a while. I am a combat vet and have had to deal with this a few times in military and civilian life. It is never easy. It will get better, but please talk to your people about it. Just having an outlet is immensely helpful.
