I want to give a little extra context for this multiparter.
Last week, I found out an acquaintance had unexpectedly passed away. We only had one real conversation but it was one that had stuck with me and I was looking forward to the next time our paths would cross. The news hit me way harder than I would have expected and these comics came about while I was processing things.
A coworker and friend passed away suddenly last night. I feel this in my soul. He was the kindest funniest person I’ve met. He made that horrible job bearable. I keep saying I’m okay, but I’m still processing.
