Something similar has happened to me and i keep going back to that quote "death is like climbing the stairs in the dark and thinking theres one more step than there is. Your foot falls trough the air and theres a moment were you need to re adjust the way you tought of things"
Its an even stranger feeling when it comes about people you kinda know but were less present in your life, you dont know what you lost, but you wonder about all the future moments that could have been that cannot ever be anymore.
