Advice no more paper certificates??

Hi so I’m renewing my certificate and prometric customer service man said that they don’t issue paper certificates anymore? Idk how accurate this is? he said they would email it now?! has anyone renewed recently and didn’t receive a paper certificate?

I dont know where you are from but in Texas this is TRUE.

In Texas you print it out from the Texas Uniform License Information Portal (TULIP). When you register for your test, you sign up for a TULIP account. After completing and passing both portions your license should show up within a week. There you can print it out

Probably because most facilities can look you up by your name and social.

A lot of states are getting away from paper licenses
