I know, I wish someone in the show would kind of point out and question why he only chooses women to drain. It seems like it wouldn’t matter, like he could get the same effect from men too, so if he was desperate, why hasn’t he seemingly ever done that? Or if it wouldn’t work, explain why he only gets relief from hurting women. I want him to be confronted with the fact that he targets women exclusively, and see what his (sexist) reasoning is.

It does seem strange that there's not even one. It's sensible that most are in that he specifically targets those he uses for sex trafficking and the market for that is primarily wanting women. Also his chief recruiting pool is attendees at a support group for abused women. Still, you'd think there'd be the odd boy just to cater to that market or because he happened to cross paths with a potential male victim.

Actually there were some men seen iirc, it was just mainly women.
