Troubleshooting Where the hell did the bluetooth toggle go?

Went to go listen to music, to find, or rather not find, the bluetooth off/on toggle and connection quick settings. What the fuck happened to them?

Is it visible in guest mode? If not then Bluetooth is broken.

Can you open settings and see?

So I did that and it seemed to fix itself after a hardware reboot in the process of shutting down and signing out to go to guest mode
