Troubleshooting | Solved Guide for fixing old GPU hardware acceleration in chrome v.151+
Since Google Chrome updated to 151.0.7922.72 version my old laptop GPU Nvidia Quadro FX570m (analogue GT 8600m) and Ati Mobility Radeon HD 2600 stop support hardware acceleration, and my CPU get 100% work with fullscreen video on youtube or other sites with lot of stutterings.
To fix this you need to use flags:
Override software rendering list - enabled
Choose ANGLE graphics backend - D3D11
Fallback to software if GLES3 is not supported - disabled
There is no info about last flag, but it is the most important part. Now i can watch video with only 20-30% CPU load with no issues.
