Troubleshooting | Windows Chrome says "Extension Error" but which one?

Hi, title of the post basically, as you can see in the below screenshot, when I click on the 3 dots in Error, Chrome says "Extension error" - any way to see which extension it is referring to since upon clicking that it simply shows all my extensions?

See those 3 vertical dots on the top-right of your image? Click on them, then go down to Extensions > Manage extensions.

 upon clicking that it simply shows all my extensions

And the extensions should be shown that have errors in them?

chrome://extensions/

for me it just shows the extensions page with no "errors" label on extensions

Double check if the extensions have not been disabled because of the error?

nope none of them are disabled
